Wie erkennt man ein gefälschtes Manchester United-Trikot von 1998–1999?
The Manchester United shirt from the 1998–99 period can be checked for authenticity in several ways. Small deviations in particular may show that a shirt is not original.

Fake shirts often lack the dots in the Umbro letters. The size marking is also incorrect. In this case, the “M” is too bold and positioned too high. At the top, we can see a faint edge that should not be there. The Umbro label should be the same shade of blue throughout.
There is another label behind the blue label. On this label, make sure that the font matches and that the spacing between the text is correct. A number is generally printed at the bottom. This may vary. There is no fixed number indicating whether the shirt is genuine or fake. Only its absence is a sign that the shirt is fake. Wear on the label is also a good indicator.
The Manchester United logo
Several differences are noticeable in the Manchester United logo.
The letters on the fake shirt are too large. They should be narrower. The “Red Devil” is also too large, and the details do not match the original logo.

Auf dem Vapa-Tech-Etikett befindet sich eine Umrandung um den Text. Diese Umrandung sollte an der Ober- und Unterseite unterbrochen sein.
