Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs.

Only the costs for returning the product from your home to Oldschool Football Shirts are at your own expense. Please consult the website of your carrier for the exact return rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Oldschool Football Shirts with all supplied accessories and if reasonably possible in its original condition, unworn and unused, including labels and original packaging.
Items that are not returned in their original condition may not be accepted, or we may charge a fee to compensate for the loss in value.

Please package the items you are returning carefully. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during the return shipment.

Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. You will then receive return instructions.
Products returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Refunds
The full order amount, including shipping costs, will be refunded within 5 business days after we have received all returned products in good condition. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

If not all items from an order are returned, only the amount for the returned products will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.

Incorrect Product Received

Damaged Product Received
We take great care in handling our products and carefully inspect them for quality and condition.
If you receive a product that is damaged and differs from the description, please contact us at info@oldschoolvoetbalshirts.nl.

Please note that our products may show minor signs of wear, which are clearly described on the individual product pages.
