Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs.

Only the costs for returning the product from your home to Oldschool Football Shirts are at your own expense. Please consult the website of your carrier for the exact return rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Oldschool Voetbalshirts with all supplied accessories and if reasonably possible in its original condition, unworn and unused, including labels and original packaging.

Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. You will then receive the return instructions.
Products returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Refunds

The full order amount, including shipping costs, will be refunded within 5 business days, provided that all products are received back in good condition. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If not all items from an order are returned, only the amount for the returned products will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.

Washing Instructions

Each product page contains washing instructions for the football shirts. If these instructions are not followed and damage occurs as a result, we are not liable or responsible for the damage.

Pickup Location

Customers are responsible for collecting their parcel from the designated pickup point.
If an order is not collected, the customer is responsible for the return of the shipment.

Incorrect Product Received

If you have received an incorrect product, please contact us at info@oldschoolvoetbalshirts.nl.

Damaged Product Received

We take great care in handling our products and carefully inspect them for quality and condition.
If you receive a damaged product that differs from the description, please contact us at info@oldschoolvoetbalshirts.nl.

Please note: All our products are second-hand and may show minor signs of wear.
